A Blog that is about you, your neighborhood, your town/city, your state, your country, and your planet!
What is your answer to the question of “How are you doing?”
When I am in horrific pain, I often respond to the question with no answer or by changing the subject. Really, who wants to answer that question when you really are not up to answering it and you don’t want to transfer that pain on to someone else. However, the question is not about me, it is about you right now.
No matter how we feel when we wake up in the morning, we have to accept the wonderful fact that we have lived to see another glorious day! Yes, war, violence, sadness, pain, illness, death, poverty and evils of the world exist. Our reaction to tragedies turn us into a state of depression. Yes, peace, love, happiness, wellness, birth, and stability exists in the world and it can place us in a state of exhilaration. For some of us, no matter what the day brings us, we continue to react negatively and stay in the state of depression.
Just as the good and the bad coexist in this world, we can choose to block how negativity attempts to destroy us!
We/You have to choose to remove depression from our thoughts and our mind! Today, is a new day and it is unlike no other day! React to tragedies by choosing to prevent it from destroying your mind, body, spirit, and soul! Choose healing and a daily renewal for your mind, body, spirit, and soul!
Always be enthusiastic to seek help such as medical attention, a religious leader, a trustworthy family member or friend for your depression! If you feel the stigma of depression or PTSD, remove it from your thoughts!
Any thoughts of suicide, please call 911!! Your life matters and all lives matter!!
Open up your Bible to read Philippians 4:6-8 or read the below verse:
“Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things”(Philippians 4:6-8, ESV).
I am praying for you and I want to pray with you now!
“Heavenly Father, each of us are in a need of healing! I need your direction and transformation! Please enter my heart, mind, body and soul and heal my pain! Remove my doubts and fears and block those who only mean harm to me and my family! ONLY YOU DEAR GOD CAN PLACE US IN THE PATH OF HAPPINESS BY HAVING A RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU HEAVENLY FATHER! Praise God, Amen!!”
Blessings and love always,
Inspire to improve yourself and your life and others will follow your positive changes!
